Coolsculpting London – Post Pregnancy – Double Chin Treatment

Childbirth is a wonderful and thrilling experience. However, in addition to the joys of parenting, moms may face physical changes, such as stubborn excess weight. While nutrition and exercise are excellent places to begin, even the most health-conscious mommy may face some challenges. CoolSculpting is an excellent option for those who want to avoid invasive procedures and lengthy recovery times.

What is CoolSculpting and how does it work?
CoolSculpting is a body contouring procedure for those who have persistent fat pockets. There are no incisions, stitches, or scars in this treatment, and there is little to no downtime, so you can get back to taking care of your baby straight away.

Targeted cooling technique, also known as cryolipolysis, is used in this treatment to freeze away recalcitrant fat cells while leaving surrounding tissues undamaged. The body will normally digest these fat cells once they have died.

CoolSculpting can be utilised to treat practically any part of the body, including the double chin, upper arms, belly, flanks, and inner and outer thighs, to name a few. Treatment is only 35 minutes long for 1 Advantage cycle, 45 minutes for 1 Cool Mini cycle or 75 minutes for 1 Cool smooth Pro cycle, so you’ll be in and out in no time!

Who is a Good Candidate for CoolSculpting?
CoolSculpting is a fantastic option for people who have stubborn pockets of fat within 30 pounds of their target weight. It’s crucial to note that CoolSculpting is not a weight-loss treatment for obese people. A consultation with one of our CoolSculpting professionals is the best way to find out if this procedure is right for you.

If you’d like to learn more about whether CoolSculpting is suitable for you, give our Cool Clinic a call today! We’d be delighted to set up your introductory consultation.

Post Pregnancy – EMsculpt London – Diastasis Recti Treatment

Electromagnetic energy is used by Emsculpt. This electromagnetic energy compresses core muscles, assisting in the area’s strengthening and toning. It’s the equivalent of doing 20,000 manual sit-ups in a 30-minute session. It’s a great treatment for new moms who have stretched or weakened abdominal muscles after giving birth.
Roughly 30% of women have diastasis recti six weeks after giving birth. When the abs split during pregnancy, this problem develops. Diastasis recti is a condition in which the uterus grows and pushes the abdominal muscles apart, causing the belly to grow huge and round.

Emsculpt is an excellent treatment for Diastasis Recti. You can help tighten your core and improve the appearance of your abdomen by completing a course of treatments. It may also aid in the reversal of some pregnancy-related alterations. HIFEM is a non-invasive treatment that produces intense muscle contractions that are impossible to achieve with voluntary contractions.

When your body is subjected to these intense contractions, the muscle tissue begins to adapt to the new circumstances and responds by undergoing a deep remodelling of its inner structure. You’ll notice a built-up muscle and a more contoured physique after a few sessions.

The treatment may cause some discomfort, but it is not unpleasant, and the discomfort subsides within a day. This is a far faster process than the soreness caused by regular workouts. You will notice and feel the difference after just one visit, with complete results usually reported four weeks following the final session.

The scan shows her baby in amazing quality images, so good that one can notice small details such as the shape of the baby’s lips and nose, and even the baby’s fingers. How to announce your pregnancy

The day when you find out you’re pregnant is probably one of the happiest moment in your life, especially if you have been expecting this to happen for some time. Now your life will definitely change. But is it just yours? No, also the lives of those around you, especially your loved ones are to be changed. A baby should bring joy and happiness to all.

The first person you should announce is your partner, because he is the closest person to you and this wonderful news is to definitely affect his entire life. It is possible that, if you have tried for some time to conceive, he will rather be very happy than surprised. Nevertheless, if the pregnancy has not been planned, be confident, make sure you give him the news naturally, and, at the same time, tell him that this change can be good for both of you, because your family will increase and the little baby yet to come will bring you closer.

I have heard so many ingenious ways and ideas on how to tell him the great news but at this very moment, the only examples that come into my mind are the funny ways of printing the message “You will be a daddy!” on his favourite T-shirt th or on his coffee mug he uses for his morning coffee. Also, can you customize a photo of this message and save it on the computer’s desktop or you can print it and put it next to the alarm clock, to be the first thing he sees when he wakes up. Whatever you do, make sure you will be present, because you do not want to lose his ecstatic reaction when he finds out.

The very next persons you should inform are your parents, because they are to become the grandparents of the baby that is now growing healthy in your womb. To give them the news properly, it would be good to think about some things first. Your age is, for example, one important factor you should consider when telling them the great news. If you are already an adult and they somehow expect this to happen naturally, telling that they are to be grandparents shouldn’t be problem. Be inventive and make them their own customized message! However, if you’re younger and they do not expect it, then it’s better to be more careful and try to explain this is what you want and that you are ready to become a mother.

If you want to share this wonderful news with your friends and relatives, you can simply do it by posting a funny message on a social networking site or you can invite them all to a family meeting. An interesting idea which however requires our help is to have a ultrasound scan done before sharing the news, to multiply the image and send it together with an emotional message introducing the new member of your family. Therefore, you are more than welcome in our London clinic to have your first baby scan done and share this fantastic news with us!

What do you think about these ideas ? How do you plan to tell the world your wonderful news? We are waiting for your suggestions.

How to get rid of muscle cramps during your pregnancy?

Muscle cramps occurring during the first months of pregnancy are perfectly normal and are not usually accompanied by any other discomforts.

As the baby develops, your belly grows and implicitly your muscle and ligaments stretch and prepare to support your swift developing baby.

You may experience cramps and spasm mostly on your right side because, as your baby grows, your uterus tends to tilt to the right. Therefore, don’t worry! Keep in mind that carrying a baby puts a lot of pressure on your entire body, and it’s hardly surprising if you’re experiencing these uncomfortable cramps!  There are several ways to get rid of these annoying spasms and cramps.

If you’re feeling that the pain is about to come, just sit comfortable on a chair and raise your legs (this may be actually very helpful) or lie on the bed on the opposite side. Relax, take a warm shower and place a hot water bottle or something warm next to the painful spot. You can also ask your partner or a friend to give you a light massage.

Eventually, these pains may be tolerated well if you clearly understand the reason they occur. Briefly, as your baby grows, it needs more room to move. However, if the pains persist, we advise you to make an appointment to our clinic to see if your pregnancy is evolving properly.

Usually, the more severe pains have other causes and are typically accompanies by a series of other symptoms, such as fever, shivers, nausea or general weakness.

A positive vibe, from the start

The womb is your baby’s first home. He or she gets 9 months of settling in, so as its first host, you need to provide your child with the best environment possible. However, this first place in which the baby gets cozy is not isolated from the outside world…Connected to you and your body, the baby perceives all the flows of feelings you go through, sharing your tensions and your moments of peace as well. That is why it is crucial for you to allow yourself to be at your best, leaving aside any minor problems that ask for your attention. During your pregnancy, your thoughts need to be a smooth flow of positive emotions which you can transmit to your child, so that it absorbs all the positive emotion it needs to flourish.

Positive thoughts and a relaxed mind are just as important during pregnancy as the nutrition you give your body, and subsequently, your child. As you are tied together and the baby grows organically within and from you, the degree of empathy between you is at its highest level and whatever you take from the world around you and internalize will make its way to your child, as it develops. Sharing is caring, but sharing the best of all things is what utmost care and love are about. Pay attention to the thoughts you plant within you each day, so that you can sow a healthy and peaceful child.
